Kitchen/Dining Room
The kitchen/dining room is a very pleasant and spacious room, lit by windows on three sides. Through the glazed garden doors is a patio with well established planted pergola, where meals or a glass of wine can be enjoyed on warm summer evenings.
The kitchen section of the room has units and work surfaces on three sides, Fired Earth tiles, wall cupboards and ceiling lights. There is a Bosch electric double oven, a Bosch gas hob with hood, a single drainer stainless steel sink and plumbing for a dish washer. There are points both for television and telephone.
Apart from the glazed doors to the gardens there are two further doors from the kitchen. One of the doors leads to the hall, the second opens onto the gravelled parking area at the side of the house, where there is also a tool shed.
Sitting Room
The large main sitting room has windows to the east and west, a fitted carpet, a radiator and a white fireplace with a gas coal effect burner. There is a telephone point and 2 points for television aerials.
Small Sitting Room/Study
At the front of the house is a smaller sitting room, which could also be used as a study, a dining room or, if required, a fifth bedroom. This pleasant room has a radiator, a telephone point and a television aerial point.
